Will Cinema Grade take off and become the next big thing when it comes to color grading? I doubt it. It’s hard to see big advantages over the mature tools that already exist. While most users will probably scratch their heads trying to remember if they have ever even heard of Cinema Tools let alone used it, many online editors, AEs, and Post PAs will sorely miss this little gadget. However, if you’re an editor who grades their own work in your NLE then you are likely going to really enjoy using Cinema Grade, especially for it’s time-saving group workflow and simplified shot matching.
To run Cinema Grade you’ll need, at least, the following spec:

Once Cinema Grade is installed and activated, open Premiere Pro CC and navigate to the Cinema Grade in the Effects panel. The first thing you want to do is apply Cinema Grade to ALL the clips in your sequence. Cinema Grade is able to “see” all the clips in the timeline with the effect applied.
